Cobalt Software, the private club industry’s partner for next generation management software, is seeking an exceptional Senior Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team.

The ideal candidate will have an established background in the private club industry or would have a background selling complex enterprise software to other businesses.

Accounting or financial experience will come in handy when demonstrating our powerful ERP system, which is tailor-made for private club operations. Exposure to the business of golf, food and beverage, and other areas of hospitality are also a plus.

As a Senior Account Executive for Cobalt Software, you will handle all aspects of a new sale:

  • Conducting intro calls
  • Leading software product demonstrations
  • Traveling to conduct onsite client discovery and demo meetings (travel ~30%)
  • Create and deliver pricing proposals
  • Along with coo, conduct pricing negotiations as needed
  • Prepare contracts for signature
  • Transition closed deals to the onboarding team

You will have access to our product experts when needed to support your software demonstrations, but you should have a firm grasp on most aspects of the software and be able to conduct high-level intro demos independently.

You will also serve as an industry representative at tradeshows such as the HFTP and CMAA (if you know those acronyms, great, you’re in the club world. If you don’t know them, look them up! We highly value a self-starter).
