As we close out another year, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the exciting growth we've experienced at Cobalt Software in 2024. It's been a year of momentum, achievement, and continued commitment to helping country clubs modernize operations and elevate the member experience.  

Growing Together 

This year, we've expanded in several key areas: 

  • Customer Base 

We increased our client base by 144%, welcoming new clubs to the Cobalt family while strengthening partnerships across the industry. Seeing more clubs choose Cobalt as their trusted solution speaks volumes about the value we're delivering. 

  • Our Product 

We've introduced enhancements and features designed to streamline operations, improve member experiences, and elevate club management. We released our Kitchen Display System to digitize kitchen tickets and made great progress on our Banquets and Events module and Overnight Rooms and Cottage Management, both launching in early 2025. These enhancements to our product allow our focus to remain empowering our clients with the most comprehensive modern club management software suite. 

  • Our Team 

Growth isn't possible without the right people. This year, we added talented professionals across our teams, increasing staff by 40% overall to ensure we have the resources and expertise to support growth. We also doubled our support staff, focusing on individuals with direct experience in club management, to best position us to deliver on our promise to provide the industry's best support.

Each milestone we've achieved this year has been driven by a singular focus: serving you, our clients, with excellence. Your trust, partnership, and feedback have been instrumental in our progress. We're proud of the momentum we've built and excited about the opportunities ahead.
