Cobalt Software Goes Live with Member-Facing Website, Mobile Application and Reservations Modules at Boca West Country Club

The release includes the member website and mobile application, including reservations for dining, golf, tennis, and events.

BOCA RATON, FL, October 2019 – Cobalt Software today announced that it has released its member-facing website and mobile application live at Boca West Country Club (BWCC). The website and mobile app allow members to learn information about the club, access a member directory, and make reservation requests for dining, golf, tennis, and events.  

The release is the third of multiple planned phases of development for the Cobalt Software club management suite. This release includes event registrations, as well as reservation requests based on a lottery system for dining and golf.  

In addition to development of the applications, the Cobalt team provided support to BWCC, including video training to members to ensure a smooth and successful rollout. Downloads of the app were tracked and reported to the marketing and communications team to measure success and inform member communications.  

Within 60 days (about 2 months) of launching, over 50% of members had downloaded the app. Within 90 days (about 3 months), over 70% of golf tee times were requested using either the member app or website.
