Cobalt Software Goes Live with Member-Facing Website, Mobile Application and Reservations Modules at Boca West Country Club

The Service Request system handles service requests, work orders and asset tracking for IT, Engineering and Housekeeping.

BOCA RATON, FL, July 2020 – Cobalt Software today announced that it has released its Service Request and Work Order module live at Boca West Country Club (BWCC). 

The release is the fourth of multiple planned phases of development for the Cobalt Software club management suite.  

This Service Request module allows BWCC’s users across the entire property to log issues for maintenance, repair, and IT. Previously, users had to email or log in to a separate system to report an issue. Now, they simply click a link within their regular Cobalt system and easily create a request.  

The request is routed to the appropriate personnel based on their skillsets, and managers can view the entire queue of requests for their team. Personnel use tablets in the field to stay on top of incoming requests, update the job with notes and progress, and mark the job as completed.  

In addition, BWCC can manage assets and maintenance schedules to proactively manage preventative maintenance.
